If one is almost 6 months or less in their own home as we plan this up, ask yourself: what makes then, this dwelling in the meantime? Finally, the majority of costs are largely unaffected by the actual presence. Of course, you save a little electricity, possibly heating costs. But measured against the total cost of an apartment that's still tend to neglect. So even rent!
How to proceed? Here are some questions along with appropriate comments from our own experience.
- Can I rent the apartment?
Who is even owners, the question can confidently answer YES. However, when tenant, the landlord must absolutely be asked before. I have heard of cases where the landlords have the appropriate permission denied. - If the location (the city, the residential area) at all suitable to search for term tenants?
Since we live in Berlin P'berg seemed to me the issue is not that complicated. In some suburbs of this city because it may already look different. Even for people in rural areas seem to me the possibilities are limited. But perhaps I am wrong, too. - How do I find a tenant?
We have submitted some time ago our range of 2 agencies. They wanted detailed information about the apartment, plus pictures. That was two or three months. One response so far I have not.
The publication of relevant agencies in the nearby shopping centers prove to be far less than successful.
And so I then inserted in the city magazines zitty and tip , undzwar both in print and on the Internet advertising section.
Here was the response much better and now we have a tenant. The money for the ads (with 8 or 9 €) was so well spent. - lease
Of course it makes sense to have something in writing in the hand. I have to say after the word "lease time" googled and soon had an approximately 3 pages found broad agreement, which I then something the specific circumstances have adapted.
